- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum age of 23 years
- At least 1 year CDL-A over-the-road experience in the last 3 years

- Ability to manage a lease operator trucking business
- Strong knowledge of freight operations and load handling
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of safety regulations and DOT compliance
Job Duties
- Pick and book your own loads with full load control
- Operate 99% no-touch freight to reduce physical labor
- Manage business finances including settlements and dispatch fees
- Maintain compliance with lease agreements and company policies
- Utilize all-inclusive leases without paying plate or service fees
- Take advantage of accessorial pay, fuel surcharges, and bonuses
- Engage in safe and timely delivery of freight
