R+L Carriers is currently seeking CDL A Team Truck Drivers to join their workforce. This full-time position offers an attractive salary range, with average earnings between $140,000 and $160,000 annually per driver. The company supports team drivers with dedicated routes and guarantees that drivers will be home every week, working five days on the road followed by two days off at home. The role involves the transportation of trailers between service centers and turn-point locations, operating within a well-structured schedule that enhances work-life balance. On top of competitive compensation, drivers earn one week of vacation after only 90 days of employment and gain access to a superior benefits package. The position demands adherence to pre-employment screenings including DOT physicals, drug tests, and road tests to ensure the safe operation of company equipment. Candidates must maintain a clean driving record with limited violations and have a minimum of one year combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the past three years. In addition to core responsibilities, the company prefers drivers with endorsements for doubles/triples, tankers, and hazardous materials, and those with experience hauling hazardous materials or handling LTL freight.
