This role is for Experienced CDL A Team Truck Drivers who will haul dedicated freight throughout the United States. The position offers competitive pay, with team drivers earning between $95,000 and $104,000 or more annually, supported further by financial incentives, including a $10,000 sign-on bonus and safety bonuses ranging from $500 to $2,500 annually. Drivers will enjoy consistent miles, typically averaging 3100-3800 miles per week per truck, and guaranteed weekly pay, reflecting the company’s commitment to providing stability and rewarding hard work. The work involves mostly live loading and unloading tasks, providing an active and engaging experience for drivers. CRST provides monthly home time for team drivers, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
