With a strong commitment to quality and customized attention, PFG Customized Distribution provides centralized contact for product lines, menu changes, and account coordination, serving customers not only across the U.S. but also in more than 40 countries worldwide. As a part of the Performance Food Group and its subsidiaries, the company prides itself on delivering exceptional service, fostering growth opportunities, and creating a safe, inclusive work environment where employees are recognized, rewarded, and respected.

This position is for a CDL-A Delivery Driver, a vital role in maintaining the integrity and reliability of America’s food supply chain. The Delivery Driver is responsible for operating tractor trailers or straight trucks for various routes including intrastate, interstate local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, overnight, and drive-and-drop routes. The driver’s core responsibility is to deliver food and food-related products safely, timely, and in good condition while adhering strictly to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Bi-weekly pay is offered with an attractive annual salary potential of up to $90,000, with flexible schedules including overnight shifts and home weekly options.

Drivers must perform thorough safety inspections of vehicles and trailers before and after trips, ensuring compliance with DOT standards and promptly reporting safety issues. They manage freight loading and unloading, verify order accuracy, complete detailed and accurate paperwork, and ensure all equipment and cargo are secured properly to prevent damage or loss. Drivers also engage in routine housekeeping of their trucks and trailers, maintain logs of hours of service in accordance with federal, state, and company regulations, and assist with other duties as assigned to promote efficient operation.

Additionally, the company offers comprehensive benefits from day one, including health and wellness benefits, an employee stock purchase plan, 401K employer matching, education assistance, paid time off, and more.
