Renowned for its commitment to innovation and sustainability, Linde plays a critical role in numerous industries by providing high-quality gases, technologies, and services. The company serves diverse end markets including chemicals and refining, food and beverage, electronics, healthcare, manufacturing, and primary metals. Linde’s industrial gases are vital in many applications from life-saving oxygen used in hospitals to high-purity specialty gases used in electronics manufacturing, as well as hydrogen for clean fuels and state-of-the-art gas processing solutions that support customer growth, efficiency, and emissions reductions. Linde is dedicated to making the world more productive every day by supporting its customers across multiple sectors with advanced solutions and sustainable practices. The company offers a collaborative and inclusive work environment where employees are encouraged to grow professionally and contribute meaningfully to the mission of making the planet more sustainable and productive.

The Class A Bulk Tanker Driver position at Linde is a pivotal role within the company’s logistics operations. This position involves delivering industrial gases such as liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid argon, carbon dioxide, and hydrogen to various customer sites using tractor-trailer tankers. Safety, precision, and compliance are paramount as these deliveries involve handling cryogenic materials that require specialized knowledge and attention to detail. The role demands adherence to rigorous safety standards, laws, and regulations, including Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and hazardous material protocols.

Team Drivers in McIntosh, Alabama, have an exciting opportunity with Linde, offering excellent pay and benefits with an average annual income of $125,000 per driver. The role includes driving a dedicated truck assigned exclusively for team operation, promoting a stable and clean work environment with no strapping involved, allowing drivers to maintain cleanliness when starting and ending their shifts. In addition to competitive pay, the benefits package includes a monthly safety bonus, weekly direct deposit, back-to-back days off, paid time off, vacation, paid holidays, a matching 401(k), a pension plan, and an annual boot reimbursement.

Key responsibilities in this role include conducting and reporting vehicle inspections before and after trips, trailer coupling and uncoupling, securely connecting and disconnecting transfer hoses associated with cryogenic tanks, monitoring pressure and temperature during deliveries, and ensuring all safety protocols are enforced throughout loading and unloading procedures. The role also requires the flexibility to work in locations with heightened security protocols, including government facilities, thus requiring the candidate to undergo extensive background checks.

This is a full-time role that offers stable and consistent work within a team-driven environment. The company’s culture stresses safety and professionalism, and it provides ample opportunities for career advancement, education, and professional growth.
