The Class A Bulk Tanker Driver position at Linde is a vital role within the company’s logistics operation. This position involves delivering a variety of industrial gases, including liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid argon, CO2, and hydrogen, to designated customer sites using tractor-trailer tankers. The job demands a high level of safety, professionalism, and adherence to all safety regulations, laws, and company protocols. Monitoring pressure levels and temperatures during deliveries is crucial to ensure safe unloading of products. Drivers must maintain accurate shipping documentation, comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs to maintain operational readiness.

The role requires maintaining strong professional relationships with both internal colleagues and external customers to meet business and customer objectives. Continuous learning about Linde’s business operations and growth strategies is encouraged to support ongoing organizational success. This position offers team drivers an excellent compensation package with an average annual salary of $125,000 per driver and comprehensive benefits. This includes monthly safety bonuses, back-to-back days off, direct deposit on a weekly basis, a consistent schedule of 6 days on and 2 days off, paid time off, paid holidays, matching 401(k) plans, pension plans, and various other attractive perks. Drivers benefit from assigned trucks dedicated to their team only, promoting a stable and supportive team environment with clean and safe work conditions. Linde prioritizes employee welfare through excellent affordable benefits starting the first of the month, boot reimbursement, and opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.

Overall, the Class A Bulk Tanker Driver position offers an outstanding opportunity for experienced drivers dedicated to safety, accuracy, and customer service in a stable and respected global company with strong values and impressive growth prospects.
