Job Requirements
- 21 plus years of age
- Pass employment testing
- Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public and understand highway traffic signs and signals
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver license with driving record that meets company insurability standards
- Doubles/triples endorsement preferred
- Ability to lift and move products weighing 40 to 60 pounds with occasional loads up to 100 pounds
Job Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Experience operating tractor-trailers preferred
- Customer service skills
- Knowledge of safety and traffic regulations
- Ability to handle physical freight demands
Job Duties
- Operate tractor-trailer to transport doubles or triples between Sysco facility and shuttle yards
- Unload and deliver various products to customer locations as needed
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Perform vehicle inspections and maintain safety standards
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Ensure the timely and secure delivery of products
