The Shuttle Driver role at McLane is a critical position responsible for the efficient movement of trailers between the Distribution Center and the Domicile. This involves the delivery of fully loaded trailers as well as returning empty trailers, ensuring smooth operations and timely logistics support for McLane’s supply chain. Shuttle Drivers play an essential role in maintaining product safety, conducting pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, and complying with DOT regulations regarding driver logs and safety standards. This position is structured as a full-time, first-shift role offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits from the first day of employment.
