The position available is for an Hourly CDL-A Delivery Driver, integral to supporting America’s food distribution system. This role offers competitive compensation starting at $28 per hour, with additional pay components based on job efficiency. Drivers typically work an average 12-hour shift beginning between 1 pm and 3 pm, with opportunities for overtime pay and off-day bonuses. Importantly, this position guarantees local delivery with the comfort of being home daily and a 4-day workweek, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. The role includes operating well-maintained equipment, such as automatic transmission trucks, and the company provides all necessary uniforms and safety boots. Notably, there is no requirement for merchandising, stocking, or cash handling in this role.

As a Food and Food Service Delivery Driver, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that food products reach customers safely and on time. Beyond transportation duties, drivers represent the company’s face to customers, fostering strong relationships through professionalism and reliability. The role involves driving tractor trailers or straight trucks on various routes, including local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight routes.
