Job Requirements
- Valid interstate (Class A) Commercial Driver's License with Hazmat endorsement or willingness to obtain within 120 days
- Minimum 30 months Class A driving experience within last 4 years or completion of Walmart Fleet Development Academy
- No more than two moving violations in last 3 years
- No serious traffic violations in last 3 years
- No preventable accidents in last 3 years
- No preventable DOT recordable accidents in last 10 years
- No preventable accidents causing fatality or catastrophic injury
- Residency within 250 miles of assigned facility or willingness to relocate within 90 days
Job Qualifications
- Interstate (Class A) Commercial Driver's License with Hazmat endorsement or willing to obtain within 120 days
- Minimum of 30 months experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving role within the last 4 years or successful completion of Walmart Fleet Development Academy
- Clean driving record with no more than two moving violations in the past three years
- No serious traffic violations in the past three years
- No preventable accidents in the last three years
- No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the last ten years
- No preventable accidents resulting in fatality or catastrophic injury
- Ability to live within 250 miles of assigned facility or relocate within 90 days
- Commitment to high safety standards and customer service
Job Duties
- Make no touch freight deliveries to Walmart locations within the assigned region
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean driving record
- Manage schedules to balance work hours and personal time effectively
- Deliver on time, every time, ensuring customer service expectations are met
- Participate in programs such as the Referral Program, Rider Program, and Driver Mentor Program
- Represent the Walmart brand and values on the road
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and support teams
