With a reputation for reliability and consistency, the company provides steady miles and competitive pay packages designed to reward dedication and hard work across its fleet of modern, well-maintained refrigerated trucks.

The role of CDL-A Refrigerated OTR Driver at Combined Transport is integral to the company’s mission of delivering perishable goods in optimal condition while ensuring driver well-being and career advancement. This position involves driving long-haul routes with refrigerated trailers, requiring expertise in handling temperature-sensitive freight and adherence to safety standards. Drivers benefit from consistent routes and reliable freight opportunities, which translate into stable and competitive weekly earnings ranging between $1,250 and $1,942, with momentum pay for high mileage and additional performance bonuses.

In addition to attractive pay, the company offers flexible home time with a minimum of three weeks out, enabling drivers to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Paid bi-weekly, the wage structure is designed to provide financial stability and reward performance achievements. Drivers also receive extra compensation through layover pay, detention pay after wait times, and lucrative referral bonuses. Furthermore, Combined Transport supports new hires through paid orientation, enabling them to begin their careers with ease and confidence.

Health and well-being are paramount at Combined Transport, as showcased by its comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance starting quickly to protect drivers and their families. Employees gain access to a 401(k) plan with eligibility after 90 days, underscoring the company’s commitment to supporting long-term financial security. Additionally, pet and rider policies without deposit requirements add a layer of convenience and personal comfort for drivers on the road.

Combined Transport's investment in newer trucks ensures that drivers operate with both comfort and reliability in mind, which aligns with safety and efficiency standards. Flexible home schedules and an empathetic management team further foster a work environment where drivers' lifestyles are respected and supported.
