Solo operators can expect to earn between $200,000 and $250,000 annually, while team operators have the opportunity to earn from $300,000 to $350,000 or more each year. The company guarantees weekly minimum earnings of $3,500 per week worked for solo operators and $5,000 per week worked for teams, providing financial stability and motivation.
