Job Description
SE Independent is a respected company specializing in providing home delivery services for a premier national furniture retailer. As a delivery service provider, SE Independent connects motivated Owner Operators and Independent Contractors with profitable delivery opportunities that range locally, focusing on residential and business customer satisfaction. The company fosters a professional and efficient work environment where drivers have control over their delivery business within a regional framework. SE Independent's business model is designed to benefit independent drivers with competitive compensation and flexibility while ensuring top-quality service to customers. The company's reputation is built on reliability, professionalism, and creating entrepreneurial opportunities for drivers with valid commercial driving licenses or equivalent qualifications.
The Owner Operator CDL / Non-CDL Truck Driver position offered by SE Independent is an ideal opportunity for drivers seeking a home delivery independent contractor role with the potential for substantial weekly income. The position is local with schedules that allow drivers to be home daily, offering an excellent balance between professional driving and personal life. Drivers in this role are responsible for delivering and installing furniture and accessories directly to customers’ homes or businesses, requiring precision, timeliness, and a customer-focused attitude. The role has a strong focus on independent operation, enabling contractors to manage their own delivery routes and schedule while benefiting from the support of an established national retailer and SE Independent’s administrative framework. With weekly earning potential around $2,500 and an annual revenue opportunity between $100,000 to $150,000 or more, this is a lucrative position for those with the ambition and skills to succeed in independent delivery services.
This role is structured as a 1099 independent contractor position, meaning drivers operate as independent business owners rather than employees. This provides flexibility and autonomy, but also requires the individual to manage their business operations responsibly. Key benefits include weekly payments directly deposited for convenience, a day shift schedule, and working in a local environment without extended travel or overnight stays. The position suits drivers with proven experience in box truck driving or who hold a valid CDL Class A or B license, combined with the physical capability to perform product handling and basic assembly tasks during deliveries. Effective communication using dispatch applications and with customers is essential to maintaining high standards of service and timely deliveries.
For candidates interested in local work with consistent income and the freedom to run their own delivery business, the Owner Operator CDL / Non-CDL Truck Driver role with SE Independent offers a promising career path. It blends entrepreneurial independence with the stability of a national retail partnership, comprehensive compensation, and the opportunity to be home every day. The company values safety, professionalism, a clean driving record, and commitment to customer satisfaction, making this a rewarding role for qualified and motivated drivers.
