The company guarantees weekly minimums of $3,500 for solo operators and $5,000 for teams per week worked, providing a reliable income base. Typically, most solo drivers drive fewer than 85,000 miles annually, which is significantly less than the industry average, contributing to a better work-life balance and lower vehicle wear and tear.
