Job Description
Our company is a leading player in the automotive logistics industry, specializing in the secure and efficient transportation of new vehicles, fleet, and auction cars for top automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). We pride ourselves on our commitment to safe, damage-free deliveries and operate a growing network that emphasizes professionalism and operational excellence. As a trusted partner to major automotive clients, we offer a platform for independent contractors to thrive while joining a cutting-edge, customer-focused logistics enterprise.
We are actively expanding our operating network and inviting experienced Owner Operator independent contractors to become integral members of our team. This role is designed for entrepreneurial drivers who not only possess the expertise to operate Class 7 or 8 semi-trucks or truck-tractors but also have the business acumen to manage their own independent operations. We provide an attractive compensation model, with annual earning potential ranging from $250,000 to $350,000 or more, depending on your delivery business performance and lane selection. This opportunity includes local, regional, and long-haul lanes to give drivers flexibility in managing their schedules and maximizing their revenue.
Contracted drivers benefit from receiving 80% or more of contracted revenue for deliveries, complemented by fuel-related additional compensation that enhances overall earnings. We understand the importance of support services, so we offer dispatch opportunities and back-office settlement services to ease administrative burdens and support focus on driving. Additionally, optional fuel discount and insurance programs are available to help reduce operational costs effectively.
In this role, you will haul new vehicles from reputable automotive OEM customers, fleet and auction cars, and occasionally specialty or oversize units depending on the delivery lane. We emphasize safety, equipment integrity, and adherence to legal and customer requirements as outlined in our operating agreement between us as the carrier and your business as an independent contractor. Lease-to-own equipment options may be available in select locations through affiliated entities, providing you with flexible asset acquisition options.
This position offers a unique blend of independence, entrepreneurial opportunity, and robust operational support to ensure your success in the auto logistics sector. If you have the required experience, proper equipment, and a commitment to service quality, this is an excellent chance to drive your own truck with a company that values your professionalism and dedication to excellence.
