Job Description

Red Stag Fulfillment is a leading logistics and supply chain solutions provider specializing in the safe and efficient transportation of goods across the United States. Recognized for its commitment to high-quality service and driver satisfaction, Red Stag offers specialized freight logistics that cater primarily to bulk food grade hauling with a focus on no-touch freight, ensuring safety and ease for its drivers. As a full-time employer in the transportation sector, Red Stag aims to meet the demanding schedules of national freight delivery while providing competitive compensation and reliable routes to its professional driving team.

The company is currently seeking experienced CDL Class A Drivers to operate on an Over The Road (OTR) basis across national regions. This role promises a well-structured two-week rotation schedule, averaging 3500 to 4500 miles per week to keep drivers productive and on track with Department of Transportation Hours of Service regulations. Drivers benefit from a 60/40 drop-and-hook system designed to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Compensation is highly competitive, with pay starting at 60 cents per mile plus an additional 5 cents per mile differential pay when running routes in the Midwest and Northeast states, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding regional expertise. Bi-weekly guaranteed minimum pay of $2000 ensures income stability, while additional breakdown, layover, in-field detention, and reset pay provide financial protection for unforeseen delays.

As a CDL Class A Driver with Red Stag, your responsibilities will include managing and safely transporting bulk food-grade freight with no-touch delivery requirements, meaning cargo handling is designed to minimize physical load and package interaction. The company services many strategic lanes such as Canyon, Texas to Dallas, Texas; Sulphur Springs, Texas to Memphis, Tennessee; and Reading, Pennsylvania to New Wilmington, Pennsylvania among others, giving drivers multiple route options across key logistics corridors. Red Stag’s focus on the Midwest and Northeast regions offers an exciting specialization for drivers familiar with these areas, reinforced by a pay differential to acknowledge the additional demands of these routes.

The role emphasizes professionalism, safety, and adherence to regulations while maintaining a work-life balance through scheduled rotations. Drivers joining Red Stag Fulfillment will appreciate a supportive work environment that prioritizes driver welfare with performance and service reliability at the core of operations. If you are a qualified CDL Class A driver looking to join a reputable carrier with a stable compensation plan and operational support, Red Stag offers an excellent opportunity to expand your career with a focus on bulk food freight and national reach.
