Drivers can expect an average weekly mileage of 3500 to 4500 miles, with schedules adhered to Department of Transportation Hours of Service regulations to promote safe driving practices and compliance. The position features a 2-week rotation, allowing drivers to maintain a healthy work-life balance while earning a guaranteed minimum bi-weekly pay of $2000, along with additional compensation such as differential pay for operating in specific regions.
