It is a full-time union position with a training pay structure transitioning into commission-based compensation. During the initial three weeks of training, drivers receive an hourly wage of $28.61, and upon successful completion of training, compensation moves to a commission structure. New employees typically earn between $75,000 and $85,000 during their first year. The work schedule is primarily weekdays, with some weekends required, and drivers are home every day, enhancing work-life balance.
