This position is designed for commercial drivers holding valid CDL licenses, seeking a full-time driving schedule with home time every three weeks to maintain a healthy work-life balance. The pay structure is competitive and performance-based. Drivers now earn up to 13 cents more per mile, with mileage pay reaching as much as $0.75 per mile. In addition to mileage pay, drivers receive hourly pay while on duty but not driving, along with weekly paychecks and performance bonuses. The company offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers and a $2,500 bonus for those new to the industry, paid over 12 monthly installments within the first year. Orientation is paid, and after six months of service, drivers are eligible for paid time off along with six days of holiday pay per year. There is also an annual bonus potential of up to 2% of annual gross pay, rewarding consistent performance and dedication.
Additional benefits enhance the overall employment experience, including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) savings plan with a company match, and unlimited referral bonuses.
