Committed to enhancing productivity and preserving the planet, Linde offers high-quality solutions, technologies, and services tailored to meet a diverse array of customer needs. Operating across multiple industries such as chemicals and refining, food and beverage, electronics, healthcare, manufacturing, and primary metals, Linde supplies essential industrial gases including life-saving oxygen for hospitals, high-purity specialty gases for semiconductor manufacturing, hydrogen for clean fuel applications, and more. Beyond gases, Linde provides advanced gas processing solutions that aid customers in expansion, operational efficiency, and environmental impact reduction. The company's dedication to innovation and sustainability positions it at the forefront of industrial gas supply worldwide.

The Class A Bulk Tanker Driver role at Linde's Fife, WA location is a crucial component within the company’s logistics and delivery operations. This position involves transporting industrial gases such as liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid argon, carbon dioxide (CO2), and hydrogen safely and efficiently to various customer sites, including government facilities that require stringent security clearances and compliance with safety protocols. Drivers in this role operate tractor-trailer tankers specifically designed to handle cryogenic products, requiring a deep adherence to safety standards, federal and state regulations, and company policies. The driver is responsible not only for the physical delivery of the products but also for maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring the mechanical integrity of their vehicles, and fostering positive relationships with customers to support the company’s business objectives. With a competitive annual wage range between $103,000 and $136,000 and an attractive benefits package, the role offers stability and growth potential for those interested in a career with a global industry leader.

Key aspects of the role include conducting detailed pre-trip and post-trip inspections, securing and disconnecting transfer hoses with a focus on handling cryogenic materials properly, monitoring pressure and temperature to ensure safe unloading, and complying fully with hazardous material transportation regulations governed by the Department of Transportation (DOT). Candidates should expect a 5-day work week with local routes, weekly direct deposit payments, paid time off, holidays, a generous matching 401(k) plan, and a company-paid pension plan—a rare and valuable benefit in today's job market.

This position demands a candidate who is reliable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and capable of building collaborative relationships internally and externally. Linde provides opportunities for professional growth, supported by training in operational excellence and a culture that values continuous learning and business knowledge expansion. Aspiring drivers will find a rewarding and secure career path while contributing to making the world more productive and sustainable through their work with Linde.
