The role of Class A Bulk Tanker Driver based out of Fife, WA at Linde is a critical position within the company’s logistics operations. The primary responsibility is to deliver industrial gases such as liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid argon, CO2, and hydrogen using tractor-trailer tankers, ensuring compliance with all safety standards, laws, and regulations. Drivers will often handle deliveries to government facilities and other secured locations that require extensive background checks and strict adherence to security protocols. This position demands a strong commitment to safety given the nature of the cryogenic materials transported. Drivers must conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, safely couple and uncouple trailers, connect and disconnect transfer hoses, and monitor pressure and temperature levels throughout deliveries to ensure the safe handling of these hazardous materials.

The company emphasizes the professional development of its drivers, encouraging continuous learning about Linde’s business operations to support overall growth. Drivers maintain professional partnerships with internal and external customers to meet business goals and customer needs effectively. The role offers competitive compensation, with drivers averaging $118,000 annually, and a wage range between $103,000 and $136,000 per year. Employment is full-time with a 5/2 schedule, featuring local routes and weekly direct deposit pay. Additional benefits include paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, matching 401k contributions up to 5%, a company-paid pension plan, annual boot reimbursement, union benefits, and comprehensive health and dental insurance options. This position is ideal for experienced truck drivers who prioritize safety and operational excellence while enjoying a stable and rewarding career with a global leader in the industrial gases market.
