The Class A Bulk Tanker Driver role at Linde, based out of Fife, WA, plays a critical part in Linde's logistics operations by safely transporting industrial gases to customer sites. This full-time position offers a competitive wage ranging from $103,000 to $136,000 annually, with an average driver salary of approximately $118,000. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and operational excellence in handling cryogenic products such as liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid argon, CO2, and hydrogen. Drivers will transport these gases using tractor-trailer tankers, often to specialized locations including government facilities that require rigorous background checks and adherence to elevated security and safety protocols.
This position offers local routes with a regular 5/2 schedule and weekly direct deposit payments. The Class A Bulk Tanker Driver is expected to perform a range of specialized duties that ensure the safe and efficient delivery of hazardous materials. These duties include conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, coupling and uncoupling trailers, managing the secure connection and disconnection of transfer hoses, and monitoring critical pressure and temperature levels throughout the delivery process. Adhering strictly to Department of Transportation regulations regarding hazardous materials is imperative. Drivers will maintain precise shipping documentation and logbooks to guarantee compliance with regulatory and company policies.

Job Requirements
- 3+ years of tractor-trailer driving OR
- 2+ years of tanker trailer driving
- Must have passport or enhanced license
- Willing to cross into Canada
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid CDL Class A with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements

Job Duties
- Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Trailer coupling and uncoupling (drop and hook) when needed
- Connect and disconnect transfer hoses ensuring secure couplings and proper handling of cryogenic tanks hoses and fittings
- Monitor pressure levels and temperature readings during delivery to ensure safe unloading
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols during loading unloading and handling of cryogenic gases
- Ensure hazardous material shipping orders papers are in accordance with DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation logbooks and records in compliance with DOT and company policies
- Identify need for timely vehicle repairs and or maintenance
- Maintain a professional partnership with internal and external customers to meet goals and objectives of the business and customer needs
- Continuously building your knowledge on how Linde's business operates and succeeds to help organization to continue growing
- Other duties as assigned
