Job Description
Red Stag LLC, founded in 2014, has grown remarkably from a small three-truck operation into a prominent nationwide leader in bulk dairy transportation and logistics. Today, the company operates a robust fleet of more than 160 trucks across the United States, specializing in the safe and efficient transportation of milk and dairy products. Red Stag is well-known not only for its expansive fleet but also for its commitment to outstanding service and reliability. The company positions itself as a trusted partner to dairy farms nationwide, emphasizing a foundation built on community, dependability, and service excellence. Every mile driven by Red Stag is a testament to its unwavering adherence to quality, safety, and care principles.
Red Stag LLC is currently seeking dedicated and reliable Class A CDL Farm Route Drivers to join its growing team. This role is pivotal for maintaining the company’s steadfast reputation for excellence in bulk milk transportation. As a Farm Route Driver, the successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading milk from local dairy farms and transporting it to designated drop yards. The position demands a rigorous adherence to safety and food-handling protocols to preserve the integrity of the milk products and to comply fully with all transportation and dairy regulations. Effective communication with dispatch and other team members is essential for managing routes, addressing any concerns such as delays or mechanical issues, and ensuring seamless operations.
This role is designed for individuals who take pride in their work and understand the vital role they play in the dairy supply chain. Drivers must perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure that trucks and loading apparatus remain in top condition and meet all safety standards. Moreover, they are expected to manage accurate completion and maintenance of delivery and load records, as paperwork accuracy is critical to operational transparency and regulatory compliance.
The role is full-time, and Red Stag offers competitive compensation including a limited-time sign-on bonus of $1,000 for full-time drivers. Beyond the financial package, Red Stag emphasizes a supportive work environment where drivers are encouraged to build positive relationships with farmers and customers alike. This commitment to professionalism and respect is central to the company’s ethos of community and partnership.
Joining Red Stag as a Farm Route Driver means becoming part of a company with a clear mission: to provide high-quality, reliable transportation solutions while upholding the highest standards in safety, customer service, and product care. The company offers extensive benefits and career growth opportunities for motivated drivers who demonstrate dedication, responsibility, and expertise in farm route operations. Potential candidates need to be prepared for some physical activity, including bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and working in varying weather conditions, reflecting the hands-on nature of this critical transportation role. Red Stag also values flexibility and adaptability, as drivers may be required to work holidays and weekends when necessary.
In summary, this role invites skilled CDL drivers committed to excellence in dairy transport to join a leading company that values safety, integrity, and community service. By becoming part of Red Stag LLC, drivers contribute directly to the dairy industry's success and uphold the daily delivery of fresh milk that so many rely on nationwide.
