Linde is a global industrial gases and engineering company recognized for its commitment to innovation, safety, and sustainability. With 2024 sales reaching 33 billion dollars, Linde has established itself as a leader in providing high-quality solutions and services that enhance productivity across a wide range of industries. These industries include chemicals and refining, food and beverage, electronics, healthcare, manufacturing, and primary metals. Linde's advanced industrial gases range from life-saving oxygen for medical facilities to specialty gases for electronic manufacturing and hydrogen as a clean fuel source. The company also supplies cutting-edge gas processing solutions aimed at supporting customer growth, improving efficiency, and reducing emissions. As a company, Linde values diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity for all applicants, regardless of various protected categories, fostering a work environment that encourages professional growth and development.

The Class A Bulk Tanker Driver role at Linde is a pivotal position within the company’s logistics division. This role involves the safe and efficient transportation of industrial gases such as liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid argon, carbon dioxide, and hydrogen. These deliveries are made to various customer sites, including government facilities that require adherence to rigorous background checks, security measures, and safety protocols. Tanker drivers at Linde are entrusted with maintaining the highest safety standards in handling cryogenic products, ensuring secure transport and proper use of tanker equipment. The role demands meticulous attention to detail to comply with Department of Transportation regulations and the company’s safety policies.

Drivers enjoy a home-daily schedule with competitive earnings averaging around $119,000 annually, with pay ranging from $103,000 to $140,000 per year. Multiple work schedules are available to accommodate different personal needs, offering flexibility with consecutive workdays and paid weekly deposits. Linde supports its drivers with a clean and safe work environment, annual boot reimbursements, uniforms, paid time off, paid holidays, and full training before starting. Employees also benefit from affordable health, dental, disability, and life insurance plans that begin on the first day of the month following their start date. Other advantages include a company-paid pension plan, employee referral bonuses, and covered costs for fuel, DEF, and tolls as a company driver. Furthermore, drivers operate the newest trucks featuring advanced safety, reliability, and comfort, ensuring a superior driving experience.

In this role, drivers are responsible for conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, connecting and disconnecting hoses and fittings safely, monitoring pressure and temperature during deliveries, and maintaining accurate shipping documentation. They must ensure all hazardous materials are transported in compliance with DOT regulations and identify any necessary vehicle maintenance or repairs promptly. As representatives of Linde, drivers are expected to build professional partnerships with both internal colleagues and external customers to support business objectives and customer satisfaction. This role also offers opportunities for drivers to deepen their knowledge about Linde’s business operations and contribute to the company’s ongoing growth and success.

Overall, the Class A Bulk Tanker Driver position at Linde offers a rewarding career with competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to work for a company dedicated to enhancing productivity and sustainability worldwide.
