This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $31.74 for fully qualified candidates along with a $15,000 signing bonus available to those who apply before March 31, 2026. The role primarily involves the pickup and delivery of cargo to and from various destinations, typically within proximity to the consolidation and distribution center. Essential responsibilities include loading and unloading trailers using established techniques and technology similar to those used by dock workers. Based on the terminal location, the specific duties and schedule may vary, allowing for dynamic work experiences.

In this role, the employee will exercise independent judgment in the building and tearing down of trailers, ensuring effective use of time, resources, energy, and physical capabilities while adhering to weight distribution laws. The position also involves operating forklifts, performing tractor and trailer inspections, setting up tractors, and accurately completing routine paperwork including loading sheets. This job requires flexible collaboration as additional duties may be assigned.
