Job Requirements
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a valid Class A CDL license
- Must be physically able to handle freight weighing up to 100 pounds
- Ability to communicate in English
- Must be at least 21 years old
Job Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate and understand traffic signs
- Physical capability to lift and move heavy products
- Preferred one year customer delivery experience
- Preferred six months hand cart or hand truck experience
- Preferred six months food and beverage industry experience
- Preferred two years consistent work history
Job Duties
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer to deliver products on assigned routes
- Manually unload and deliver various food products including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, and supplies
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional and friendly interaction
- Follow established route schedules and meet delivery timelines
- Comply with all safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with dispatch
- Handle freight that may weigh between 40 to 100 pounds repeatedly
