The compensation range for this position is $26.99 to $33.49 per hour, dependent on factors such as skills, experience, work location, and other individualized considerations. The primary responsibility of the CDL A Delivery Truck Driver is to operate tractor-trailer vehicles safely and efficiently while manually unloading and delivering various products such as meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, and supplies directly to customer locations following an assigned route and schedule. Drivers develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers through a friendly demeanor and by understanding their operational needs to provide exceptional service and meet expectations consistently.

This position demands physical strength, as it requires handling freight that may weigh between 40 to 60 pounds on average, with the ability to lift up to 100 pounds repeatedly. Flexibility is key, as overtime, weekends, and holiday work may be necessary based on business needs. The role requires candidates who possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) and meet the company’s insurability standards. Drivers must be proficient in English to communicate effectively with customers, understand traffic signs and signals, respond to inquiries, and complete necessary documentation accurately.
