Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Must pass drug screen
- Must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver License with a clean driving record
- Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently
- Must be able to lift and move freight weighing 40-60 pounds and up to 100 pounds repeatedly
- Must be flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License with a clean driving record
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently for communication and compliance
- Ability to lift and move freight weighing 40-60 pounds, up to 100 pounds repeatedly
- Customer delivery experience preferred
- Experience using hand cart or hand truck preferred
- Food and beverage industry experience preferred
- Consistent work history preferred
Job Duties
- Safely operate tractor-trailer delivery vehicles on assigned routes
- Manually unload and deliver a variety of food products including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, and dry goods
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers using a friendly and professional attitude
- Follow all safety, traffic, and company regulations while driving and delivering
- Record and report delivery information accurately
- Load and secure products for delivery
- Adhere to scheduled route times and adjust for business needs such as overtime or weekend work
