Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- pass employment screening
- possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver License with a driving record meeting company standards
- ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with public and understand traffic signs
- able to handle freight weighing 40-60 pounds and up to 100 pounds repeatedly
- flexible to work overtime weekends and holidays as required
Job Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- pass employment screening
- hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver License with acceptable driving record
- able to communicate in English sufficiently to converse with general public and understand traffic signs
- physically capable of handling freight weighing up to 100 pounds repeatedly
- flexible to work overtime weekends and holidays
- preferred one year customer delivery experience
- preferred six months hand cart or hand truck experience
- preferred six months food and beverage industry experience
- preferred two years consistent work history
Job Duties
- Run routes efficiently meeting or exceeding designated route times
- unload product from trailer by hand or using hand carts and place in designated customer storage areas
- frequently lift push or move product weighing up to 100 pounds repeatedly
- verify delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures
- handle customer complaints professionally
- follow written driver safety rules and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections in accordance with DOT and company policies
- assist occasionally with loading trucks palletizing product and other duties as assigned
