The role available is for a dedicated Delivery Driver who will be responsible for running daily routes with multiple stops, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products. This position operates within a cross-dock model where the driver picks up loaded trucks from nightly deliveries and returns empty trucks to designated lots after completing routes. The Delivery Driver’s responsibilities include loading packages onto hand trucks, unloading product at each stop, and interacting professionally with customers to verify deliveries and resolve issues. The job demands physical activity, including lifting heavy products ranging from 1 to 100 pounds, maneuvering pallets with hand carts, and working in various weather conditions and environments such as docks, ramps, and stairs.

Additionally, the role requires adherence to safety protocols including pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Drivers must maintain their vehicle and equipment in optimal condition, follow company safety rules, and manage all aspects of their route with precision. Customer service skills are also important as the driver is the direct point of contact for customers during deliveries, responsible for handling complaints, reporting discrepancies, and maintaining professional communication.

Candidates must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record that meets company standards, be at least 21 years old, and pass employment screening.
