Job Requirements
- 21 plus years of age
- Pass employment testing
- Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver License with an insurable driving record
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public and understand highway traffic signs
- Ability to lift, push, or move freight weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and up to 100 pounds repeatedly
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as business needs require
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with an insurable driving record
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently for communication and record-keeping
- Physical capability to lift and move freight weighing 40-60 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Experience with hand carts or hand trucks preferred
- Customer delivery experience preferred
- Food and Beverage industry experience preferred
- Consistent work history preferred
Job Duties
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer to deliver various products to assigned customer locations
- Manually unload and deliver freight, handling products weighing up to 100 pounds
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs and expectations
- Follow assigned route schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Read and respond to highway traffic signs, official inquiries, and complete necessary reports and records
- Comply with company safety and operational policies
- Adapt to flexible work schedules including overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
