Job Requirements

  • 21+ years of age
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver License
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to read and speak English sufficiently
  • Pass pre-employment background check
  • Pass drug screen
  • Ability to manually handle freight weighing 40-60 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Qualifications

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
  • Clean driving record
  • Proficiency in English sufficient to converse, understand traffic signs, and complete reports
  • Ability to manually load and unload freight weighing up to 100 pounds
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • One year of customer delivery experience preferred
  • Experience with hand cart or hand truck handling preferred
  • Food and beverage industry experience preferred
  • Consistent work history over two years preferred

Job Duties

  • Safely operate a tractor-trailer to deliver various food and supply products to customer locations
  • Manually unload and deliver products such as meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, and supplies
  • Follow assigned route schedules to ensure timely deliveries
  • Build positive relationships with customers through friendly and professional interactions
  • Maintain knowledge of customer operations to better meet their needs and expectations
  • Comply with all safety regulations and traffic laws while operating vehicles
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly
