Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must submit to pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver License with a clean driving record
- Able to read, speak and understand English sufficiently
- Capable of lifting and moving freight weighing between 40-60 pounds, with some items up to 100 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License with a clean driving record
- Ability to read, speak and understand English sufficiently to converse, comprehend traffic signs, respond to inquiries and make reports
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Prior customer delivery experience preferred
- Experience using hand carts or hand trucks preferred
- Food and beverage industry experience preferred
- Consistent work history preferred
Job Duties
- Operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently to deliver products
- Manually unload and deliver various goods including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods and supplies
- Build strong relationships with customers through positive and friendly interactions
- Follow assigned route schedules and adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations
- Perform physical tasks involving lifting, pushing or moving freight up to 100 pounds
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and complete reports as required
