Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver License with clean driving record
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to lift, push, or move products weighing 40-60 pounds on average and up to 100 pounds repeatedly
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred 1 year customer delivery experience
- Preferred 6 months hand cart/hand truck experience
- Preferred 6 months food and beverage experience
- Preferred 2 years consistent work history
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public and understand traffic signs
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to handle freight weighing from 40 to 100 pounds
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Preferred customer delivery experience
- Preferred hand cart/hand truck experience
- Preferred food and beverage industry experience
- Preferred consistent work history
Job Duties
- Operate tractor-trailer safely and efficiently to deliver products
- Manually unload and deliver various products including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, and supplies
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs
- Follow assigned route schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Communicate effectively in English with customers and team members
- Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required documentation
