The company prides itself on its commitment to dependability, sustainability, and innovation, constantly striving to connect their customers with the highest quality products and services to meet evolving needs. With a diverse product portfolio that includes fresh meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, and dry goods, Sysco supports the success of foodservice operations of all sizes and types.

Sysco is currently seeking dependable local CDL A Delivery Truck Drivers to join their dedicated team. As a CDL A Delivery Truck Driver at Sysco, you will play a critical role in the supply chain by safely and efficiently operating a tractor-trailer to deliver various food and supply products to customer locations along a scheduled route. This role goes beyond simple delivery; drivers build meaningful relationships with customers through a positive, friendly attitude and by becoming familiar with the specific operations and expectations of each client. This enables drivers to ensure that every customer’s needs are met promptly and professionally, reinforcing Sysco's reputation for exceptional service.

The position emphasizes safety, responsibility, and customer interaction. Drivers are expected to manually unload and deliver products including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, and other supplies, often handling freight that weighs between 40 to 100 pounds. The role demands physical strength, stamina, and flexibility, as well as the ability to adapt to varying business needs, including overtime, weekends, and holidays. Being part of Sysco means becoming part of a company that values ongoing job skills development, leadership growth, and internal career advancement opportunities.

This is a full-time, local delivery driver position that offers competitive pay with productivity incentives and comprehensive benefits. Most delivery routes allow drivers to return home nightly, supporting a healthy work-life balance. Sysco provides numerous benefits to empower its employees, including paid vacations, holidays, healthcare options, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, employee discounts, and uniform provisions. As part of their commitment to excellence and safety, Sysco also offers training programs, safety initiatives, and service recognition rewards to ensure every driver is equipped to succeed and advance.

Joining Sysco as a CDL A Delivery Truck Driver means more than just working for a top industry player; it means joining a community that values dedication, hard work, and a passion for food service.
