Job Requirements
- 21 plus years of age
- pass employment testing
- hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver License with insurable driving record
- able to read and speak English sufficiently
- able to lift, push or move freight weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and up to 100 pounds repeatedly
- flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
- able to operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently
Job Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- valid Class A Commercial Driver License with clean driving record
- ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand highway signs, converse with the public, and complete reports
- physical ability to lift and move freight weighing up to 100 pounds
- customer delivery experience preferred
- experience with hand carts or hand trucks preferred
- food and beverage industry experience preferred
- consistent work history preferred
Job Duties
- Operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently
- manually unload and deliver various products including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, and supplies
- adhere to assigned route schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- build positive relationships with customers through friendly interaction and understanding of their needs
- maintain accurate delivery records and respond to inquiries
- comply with all safety regulations and company policies
- assist with vehicle inspection and maintenance as needed
