The role offers an attractive average annual salary of $85,000, with top performers earning up to $95,000. Starting pay ranges from 61 to 63 cents per mile based on experience, accompanied by a $6,000 hiring bonus to welcome new drivers. Drivers will benefit from home time schedules ranging from 14-21 days out depending on location, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.
