The role provides home time of 14 to 21 days out, depending on location, and an attractive PTO package that begins accruing from the first day, along with three floating holidays each year.

Drivers in this position benefit from comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, plus a 401k plan with a company match. Additional incentives include over dimensional pay, stop pay, tarp pay, border crossing bonuses for drivers who choose to travel to Canada, and a generous $3,000 referral bonus. Company orientation is conducted in luxury hotels located in Roseville, MN and Appling, GA, covering all expenses. Koch Trucking keeps its fleet modern and driver-friendly, with trucks averaging 16 months in age, including Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadias equipped with refrigerators, leather interiors, double curtain wraps, double bunks, built-in inverters, and other features designed for driver comfort and convenience.

Beyond pay and equipment, drivers have access to paid weekly earnings, free iPads with a data package to maintain connection with family and friends, and rolling Strong driver app support. The company’s pet and rider policies accommodate personal comforts on the road. Drivers also enjoy free lounge benefits such as toiletries, laundry soap, and free food options like pizza and sandwiches.
