This role offers an attractive average annual salary of $88,000, with top performers earning up to $95,000 per year. Additionally, new hires are eligible for a $6,000 signing bonus. The flatbed routes provide drivers with consistent and steady miles along with the opportunity to build familiarity with customers, which enhances job stability and satisfaction. Drivers operate trucks that are three years old or newer, with the average fleet age being around 16 months. This role is designed for experienced drivers with a valid CDL-A license and at least one year of driving experience hauling flatbed, step deck, or Conestoga trailers. The company offers home time typically ranging from 14 to 21 days depending on the driver's location. Drivers start accruing paid time off (PTO) from their first day of employment and receive three floating holidays each year, which supports a healthy work-life balance.
