Koch Trucking is currently hiring CDL-A Flatbed Company Drivers to join their flatbed division. This role offers consistent and steady miles with routes that allow drivers to build familiarity with their customers, enhancing job satisfaction and route efficiency. Drivers will operate flatbed, step deck, or Conestoga trailers and must possess a valid CDL-A license with at least one year of driving experience in flatbed hauling. The position offers competitive compensation, with an average annual pay of $88,000 and top performers earning up to $95,000 annually. Additionally, a hiring bonus of $6,000 is available to attract skilled drivers.

The compensation package includes starting pay of $0.64 per mile, which can increase based on experience, and various performance incentives such as over-dimensional pay, stop pay, securement pay, and tarp pay. Home time is managed on a schedule of 14 to 21 days out, depending on location, ensuring drivers maintain a healthy work-life balance.
