We are currently hiring CDL-A Flatbed Company Drivers to join our flatbed division. This role offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our drivers’ professional and personal well-being. The position features an average annual income of $88,000, with top performers earning up to $95,000 annually. Starting pay begins at $0.64 per mile, depending on experience, accompanied by a $6,000 hiring bonus. Drivers will enjoy steady, consistent miles with routes that promote familiarity with customers, enhancing job stability and satisfaction.

As a CDL-A Flatbed Company Driver, your primary responsibility will be the safe and efficient transportation of flatbed, step deck, or Conestoga trailers. The position is designed with flexibility in mind, offering home time every 14 to 21 days, dependent on the driver’s location. Drivers begin accruing paid time off (PTO) from day one, with the added benefit of three floating holidays annually. The company also provides comprehensive insurance coverage, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Our modern fleet is comparatively young, with all trucks averaging 16 months in age and a maximum of three years old. We operate Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia models, outfitted with driver-friendly amenities such as refrigerators, leather interiors, double curtain wraps, double bunks, built-in inverters, and more to ensure comfort and convenience on the road. Orientation for new hires is conducted in luxury hotels located in Roseville, Minnesota, and Appling, Georgia, with all expenses covered by the company.
