Drivers will operate routes typically out for 14 to 21 days depending on location, offering a balance of home time and mileage. The role is designed for experienced truck drivers with a valid CDL-A license and at least one year of experience hauling flatbed, step deck, or Conestoga trailers. The company offers top pay starting at $0.64 per mile depending on experience, with average annual earnings of $88,000 and top performers able to earn $95,000 to $98,000 annually. Additionally, a $6,000 hiring bonus is available to successful candidates.
