This role offers an average annual pay of $88,000, with top performers earning up to $95,000 annually, plus a $6,000 hiring bonus. As a CDL-A Flatbed Company Driver at Koch Trucking, you will operate on routes typically ranging from 14 to 21 days before returning home, depending on your location. Drivers will manage flatbed, step deck, or Conestoga trailers, transporting various types of cargo with a focus on safety and efficiency. The company equips its fleet with modern, driver-friendly Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks, featuring conveniences like refrigerators, leather interiors, double curtain wraps, double bunks, built-in inverters, and more, ensuring a comfortable driving experience.
