New hires receive a $6,000 signing bonus. The role is designed for experienced CDL-A drivers with a minimum of one year of experience hauling flatbed, step deck, or Conestoga trailers. Drivers enjoy steady, consistent miles and have the benefit of familiarity with their customers and routes. Home time is scheduled on a 14 to 21-day out basis, depending on location.
