Drivers in the flatbed division are provided with steady routes that allow them to build familiarity and strong working relationships with customers. The company offers competitive compensation, with an average annual salary of $88,000 and top performers earning up to $98,000 annually. Additionally, there is a $6,000 hiring bonus, and starting pay rates begin at $0.64 per mile, depending on experience.
