The company offers competitive pay, with an average annual salary of $85,000 and the top performers earning up to $95,000. Starting pay ranges from 61 to 63 cents per mile based on experience, alongside a generous $6,000 hiring bonus. Drivers will enjoy home time ranging from 14 to 21 days depending on their location, making work-life balance achievable.
