We are currently seeking CDL-A Flatbed Company Drivers to join our expanding flatbed division. This role offers consistent, steady miles and the opportunity to build strong relationships with a reliable customer base. Drivers will be using state-of-the-art equipment, including Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with driver-friendly features such as refrigerators, leather interiors, double curtain wraps, double bunks, and built-in inverters. Our fleet averages 16 months in age, ensuring a modern, safe, and comfortable driving experience.

As a flatbed driver with Koch Trucking, you will benefit from competitive pay, starting at 61 to 63 cents per mile based on experience, with average annual earnings around $85,000 and top performers reaching up to $95,000 annually. New hires are eligible for a $6,000 hiring bonus and gain access to a rich PTO package that includes accrual from day one and three floating holidays annually. Our drivers enjoy home time every 14 to 21 days, depending on location, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Orientation is conducted at luxury hotels in Roseville, MN, and Appling, GA, with all associated costs covered by the company.
