This specific role for a Class A CDL solo driver involves operating trucks with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) below 80,000 lbs and managing no-touch freight, which means minimal physical handling of cargo, allowing drivers to focus primarily on driving and timely deliveries. The position includes a bi-weekly home time schedule, typically granting two days off on the weekend every other week, helping drivers maintain a work-life balance. Support is continuously available through 24/7 dispatch and electronic logging services, ensuring drivers have assistance whenever needed.
