The work environment is physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift at least 75 pounds and perform extensive walking in all weather conditions throughout the year. Attention to detail is crucial to inspect truck equipment, secure cargo properly, and ensure the overall safety and efficiency of each delivery. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their driving skills, compliance with regulations, and delivering excellent customer service.

The company also provides short-term and long-term disability benefits, a robust wellness initiative, and financial training programs to support employees' health and financial well-being. Employees are eligible for a 401k employer match that is 100% vested after one year, along with employer contributions to Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) that are also fully vested upon participation. Trulite’s benefits are structured to support both physical health and financial security, ensuring that employees feel valued and cared for. The company promotes a culture of inclusion and equal opportunity, embracing diversity across multiple dimensions including age, ethnicity, gender identity, and disability.
