We are currently inviting skilled CDL-A drivers to join our team in Frankfort, KY, to contribute to this legacy of excellence. As a CDL-A Delivery Driver at McLane, your essential role will be to move goods efficiently and safely, handling deliveries with care and professionalism. This position offers industry-leading pay, with first-year drivers earning up to $85,000 annually and the opportunity to receive a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 depending on experience. The routes are primarily solo 2-day routes with only one night out, ensuring you can spend more time at home. Your daily responsibilities will include unloading and placing products in customer-designated food-safe storage areas, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, and using equipment such as a 2-wheel dolly and ramp to assist with deliveries. The job requires frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, demanding physical stamina and safety awareness. The role is designed for professional drivers aged 21 and above who hold a valid Class A commercial driver’s license, have a minimum of one year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience, and meet McLane's motor vehicle record (MVR) and risk rating qualifications.

The position also requires proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English at a level adequate to perform job-related tasks effectively. This is critical for understanding work instructions, following safety protocols, and communicating within the team.
